Official line-up: Arsenal Starting XI vs Wolves

Arsenal.com have revealed the Arsenal Starting XI and substitutes to play against Wolves in just under one hours time.

There are three changes from the team that faced Manchester City on Sunday. Johan Djourou is in to replace the suspended Laurent Koscielny, André Santos replaces the injured Kieran Gibbs and the big news is that Aaron Ramsey is preferred in central midfield to Tomas Rosicky.

The other big decision is that Yossi Benayoun keeps his place in the starting line-up at the expense of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. I honestly don’t know what The Ox is supposed to do to earn a start. That said, Benayoun played very well against City and Wenger clearly wants to reward him with another start.

Substitutes: Fabianski, Squillaci, Jenkinson, Rosicky, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Chamakh, Park.

b johnson : how can you allow yourself to criticize the doings of a world renoun manager without any intellegible foudantion to your comments ?

Ramsey has been below par during this season on some occasions, and has indeed flattered to decieve many again, but building his confidence and improving his abilities comes through game starts and appearences.

And althought this game will be crucial, Wolverhampton being 20th in the league, I can’t see another team Wenger would ” take the rist ” playing him against…

Ramsey will shine in my belief.

Bloody Hell… grow up. U are probably one of those supporters who hates him when we loose and love him when we win.

I haven’t commented on this site before, but I’d like to, just hoping the first contributor is not the typical type

I get the line up, Rosicky doesn’t have the fitness to play loads back to back, Ramsey needs games to get him back to where he was, Benny played well against City and I think Wenger wants the option to keep him, not playing him in the last few games of the season won’t encourage Yossi to want to stay

Shame the Ox is not getting more starts, we all want to see his swashbuckle… But Wenger doesn’t want to do another Jack

COYG 3-0 tonight with RVP back in the goals (please!)
