Arsenal.com have revealed the Arsenal starting XI and substitutes for our game at Upton Park which kicks off in just under an hour, live on ESPN.
Team news:
- Per Mertesacker has recovered from a bout of flu and returns to the team. Laurent Koscielny has been dropped to the bench.
- Aaron Ramsey has been preferred to Francis Coquelin for the 3rd midfield place as a replacement for Abou Diaby. Coquelin was not that great in midweek, so this is hardly a surprise, but he is included among the substitutes.
- Olivier Giroud starts. Gervinho on the right, Podolski on the left. There is no place for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain or Theo Walcott.
