Some more photos of the strange Arsenal away shirt have been released. These pictures show the colour that previously seemed to be cyan as a slightly darker shade of blue. The two blues are less contrasting than we had thought, which does make the kit look less startling and more retro.
The two blue shades occupy each half of the shirt, with a diagonal line separating the colours.
The logo is the commemorative of our 125th anniversary, as we saw on the home kit.

What do you think of the kit? In my opinion, if this is the away top, I’ll be far more likely to go for our home kit this season. This away strip is not only unusual for The Arsenal, but it is a bit of an eyesore! Many people consider Nike kits to have worsened in recent years, whereas other brands like Adidas and Puma have got a lot better at making attractive kits. Perhaps Arsenal should choose a different kit company in the future…
